With seven years of experience as a double-certified obstetric nurse, I have dedicated my career to the antepartum, postpartum, and labor and delivery specialties. My passion lies in empowering mothers through pregnancy education, birth preparation, breastfeeding, and comprehensive postpartum support.

The foundation of Fifth Stage was laid during my third trimester in 2019, inspired by the realization that women and their support systems often lacked adequate preparation for the challenges of labor and postpartum recovery. Recognizing the significant gap in care once a mother leaves the hospital, I envisioned the Fifth Stage as a means to extend specialized nursing support to mothers and their newborns within the comfort of their homes.
